Jeff Bauer

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Bauer is a serial diagnostic entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience developing rapid point-of-care technologies. Founder of six diagnostic companies, he is recognized for turning early-stage concepts into market-ready products and has helped generate more than $100 million in revenue through expertise in assay development, product development, regulatory strategy, and commercialization.

Nolan Bauer

Director of Research and Development

Nolan has more than 15 years of experience in the medical diagnostics industry, with a track record of developing and overseeing 50+ assays from feasibility through manufacturing transfer. As co-founder of Palladium Diagnostics and Director of Research and Development, he leads R&D efforts and oversees manufacturing for both OEM and Palladium product lines.
